Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TubePlanner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using TubePlanner on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don’t share your password or let others access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You may use TubePlanner for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the service to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts to access the service in ways that place unreasonable load on our systems.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

TubePlanner’s AI features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude models using our own API access. When you invoke an AI feature, the relevant parts of your content are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a response.

• Credits. AI usage is metered in credits included with your plan. Credits are consumed per AI request and do not roll over across billing periods.
• Fair use. Credits are for your own use of the service. Automated, scripted, or bulk consumption intended to circumvent plan limits may result in throttling or suspension.
• AI output. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish.

You own your content. Any videos, scripts, outlines, notes, recordings, or other materials you create or upload to TubePlanner belong to you.

By uploading or creating content in TubePlanner, you grant Overseed AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload — including video footage, audio, images, and third-party material.

TubePlanner lets you generate public share links for review sessions and projects. When you create a public link, the content associated with it is accessible to anyone with the URL. Only share links to content you intend to make accessible. You can revoke a public link at any time.

TubePlanner offers the following plans:

• Free (Hobby). $0/month. Includes 50 AI credits per month and 500 MB of storage. No credit card required.
• Pro. $10/month (or the price displayed at checkout). Includes 500 AI credits per month, 100 GB of storage, and org workspaces with roles.

Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis. Prices may change; we’ll provide reasonable advance notice before changing your subscription price.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings (powered by the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

After downgrading to Free, your data is preserved. If your storage exceeds the Free limit, you may need to delete files before uploading new ones.

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, for extended inactivity on free accounts, or if required by law. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a terms violation, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription fees.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

TubePlanner is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI outputs are drafts to help you — always review them before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overseed AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of TubePlanner, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or (b) $50.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of TubePlanner after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
